Pay in 3 instalments

What are the conditions for paying in installments?

  • Payment in instalments is eligible for baskets from €150 to €2,000
  • Cards accepted are those issued in France such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted
  • French credit cards

I would like to pay in several instalments, what should I do?

On the payment page, select "Pay in installments with Alma". You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will have to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. You will find a summary of your upcoming payments. You will then receive a summary email with the schedule of your due dates and a reminder email 3 days before each due date.

Is it safe to pay by instalments with Alma?

Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank then sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, in order to confirm that you are the one who initiated this transaction and that it is not fraudulent.

Is the payment in several times available in your shop?

The payment in several times is available in the shop of Saint Germain and the conditions of eligibility are the same as for our website. You just have to ask the seller to pay in several times with Alma and he will guide you.

I would like to be reimbursed but I paid in several instalments with Alma, what should I do?

Alma is our payment partner but cannot have access to our order management. If you wish to cancel your order, obtain a refund or a commercial gesture, please contact us at the following address: [email protected].

  • Simply enter your bank details as you would for a regular payment.
  • The validation of your order is instantaneous.
  • You will then receive an email with the payment schedule and a reminder 3 days before each due date.

Eligibility requirements :

  • This type of payment is available for all orders between 100€ and 2000€.
  • The cards accepted are those issued in France: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
  • Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.

Funding:

  • For the payment in 3x, the fees you pay are 1,5% of the amount of your order
